Directions for first use:
We take great care processing and cleaning our sponges. However, because of their marine nature, we recommend that you check it out thoroughly before you use it on your baby.
Wash the sponge thoroughly before first use. Then, inspect it carefully for any particles from its habitat (i.e. bits of coral, shell or sea debris). Use tweezers to remove any unwanted particle and it should be ready for use.
Add a small quantity of bath foam and massage your baby with smooth circular moves. Wash it off after each use and let it dry naturally.
Periodic care:
1) Rinse the sponge under cold running water.
2) Soak the sponge into a bucket with water and vinegar or baking soda solution to a 10:1 analogy, and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
3) Remove it from the bowl and squeeze it to remove excess liquid.
4) Set out to dry on a clean and dry surface, such as the bathtub.
5) Use again. The sponge should be as good as new.
